Refunds Policy

Refunds on charges will only be paid under the following circumstances:

It can be shown that Equity Plus acted negligently in its capacity as sales agent.

Equity Plus willingly and knowingly acted to profit independently from any sale.

It can be shown that Equity Plus did not act in the best interest of their client (vendor).

Equity Plus committed any offence which would bring into disrepute their clients standing or negated in their responsibly to act in accordance with any relevant legislation.
